Paul Coutts

Born and bred Northlander, Paul has had 20 years of experience in the accounting industry helping clients big and small across numerous industries.
In 2009 after his OE and working for a big shipping company Play.com in Jersey Channel Islands, Paul came back to New Zealand with a greater appreciation for the excitement of helping Kiwi businesses succeed.
Paul enjoys working with different types of businesses but has a special interest in the building industry. With the unprecedented housing boom over the past 5 years, Paul has helped many clients navigate the intricacies of the property tax rules and regulations.
In his free time, Paul loves spending time with his young family and is a keen supporter of all forms of New Zealand sports. Go the mighty Warriors!
Nigel Joe

Born in Palmerston North, Nigel has always loved numbers, commencing his accounting career with Deloitte before joining Baker Tilly Staples Rodway in 2008. In 2013, Nigel joined Urlich Lander as Client Manager dealing with all aspects of business. This includes and not limited to business advisory, business structures, compliance, bookkeeping and software implementation.
He comes from a farming background and a family of accountants. Nigel has a broad range of knowledge within the accounting profession and its wider disciplines. Nigel has experience working with a range a clients from sole traders, not-for-profit, trusts, and companies.
As well as his vast accounting knowledge, Nigel has a particular interest in information technology. Nigel has experience in Xero and MYOB accounting platforms.
In addition, to being a Chartered Accountant, Nigel has also gained a degree of Bachelor of Aviation Air Transport Pilot.
In his spare time, Nigel enjoys the outdoors and spending time on the family farm. A keen DIY-er, you will see Nigel with his nail gun and trusty pencil. Nigel is also a keen motorsport and All Blacks fan.
